Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project Action, released the following statement:
“Congratulations to Representative Roberts and the Oklahoma legislature for passing a bill to ban ranked-choice voting (RCV). RCV is a convoluted voting method that nobody is clamoring for except left-wing megadonors.
“Honest Elections Project Action applauds Governor Stitt for creating an election integrity taskforce that recommended banning RCV. Lawmakers in the House and Senate have done just that. We now look forward to Governor Stitt signing this into law, making Oklahoma the 7th state to ban RCV.”
