Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project, released the following statement:
“Honest Elections Project Action is disappointed by the Maricopa County Superior Court ruling allowing Proposition 140 to move forward even though it has been proven, and the judge acknowledged, that 37,657 of the signatures on the ballot petition are duplicates. It is our hope that this decision will be overturned on appeal.”
