“Honest Elections Project Action applauds South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and the state legislature for formally prohibiting ranked choice voting (RCV). RCV is confusing, disenfranchises voters, destroys transparency, and jeopardizes public trust in elections. South Dakota is right to ensure that RCV is prohibited in local, state, and federal elections within its borders.”
