“Honest Elections Project Action applauds the Texas Senate for passing legislation that would prevent ranked choice voting (RCV) from being used in Texas elections. RCV is confusing, sows distrust in elections, and in some cases even disenfranchises voters. It is our hope that the Texas House quickly takes up this bill and sends it to Governor Abbott’s desk for signing.”
