Honest Elections Project Action Applauds Fifth Circuit Ruling Upholding ID Requirements for Mail-In Ballots

Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project Action, released the following statement:
“Once again, a federal court has ruled unequivocally that states have a right to secure our elections against fraud. Requiring voter ID for mail-in ballots is a commonsense and essential safeguard that should be the law in every state. Credit to the Fifth Circuit for rejecting yet another baseless left-wing lawsuit and unanimously upholding Texas’ law that makes it easy to vote and hard to cheat.”
