Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project Action, released the following statement:
“Honest Elections Project Action applauds the passage of HB 1264 in the Indiana House of Representatives – a bill that would outlaw participation in the $80 million Zuck Bucks 2.0 scheme led by the left-wing Center for Tech and Civic Life and the U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence. Private, dark money interests have no business influencing election administration, which understandably damages public trust in outcomes.
“I was proud to testify in support of this bill while it was in committee. Honest Elections Project Action urges the Indiana Senate to swiftly consider and pass this key legislation to ensure improved voter confidence in elections moving forward.”
