“Honest Elections Project Action applauds House Republicans for introducing a responsible bill to promote election integrity. The ACE Act contains key provisions that would enhance American elections in a number of ways, from making it easier for states to clean up voter rolls, to curbing the influence of foreign billionaires like Hansjorg Wyss, and much more.
“Most importantly, House Republicans recognize states have the primary role in setting election rules as opposed to Democrats, who continue to push for a partisan power grab that would rewrite election laws nationwide. I hope Congress continues to reject a federal takeover of elections and instead focuses on policies like those in the ACE Act that help our state leaders make it easy to vote and hard to cheat.”
