“Congratulations to the Texas state legislature and Governor Abbott for pushing a law across the finish line to once again make election fraud a felony. Democracy is sacred. Crimes against the democratic process disenfranchise voters and undermine confidence in elections. Every instance of election fraud is serious and deserves to be treated as such.”
