“Ranked-choice voting (RCV) is a convoluted scheme that makes it harder to vote and undermines voter confidence in outcomes, turning elections into a black box. Banning RCV is a commonsense policy that will keep it easy to vote and hard to cheat in the Lone Star state. We hope to see swift consideration and passage of this legislation in the House.”
