Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project Action, released the following statement:
“Honest Elections Project Action encourages the Louisiana Senate to pass legislation that would ban RCV in all elections within its borders. Ranked-choice voting (RCV) is a process that most voters don’t understand and, at the end of the day, makes voting harder. Once passed, it is our hope that the state House will quickly pass this important bill, and Governor Landry will sign it into law.”
