H958 bans foreign funding for ballot issue campaigns, bars ranked-choice voting, and brings full procedural audits to North Carolina elections. This bill keeps elections simple, transparent, and free from foreign interference. Honest Elections Project Action applauds the North Carolina House Committee on Election Law for advancing the necessary election safeguards in H958 to ensure it remains easy to vote and hard to cheat in North Carolina.”
