Jason Snead, Executive Director of Honest Elections Project Action, released the following statement:
“Today, I was honored to provide testimony at a Kansas Senate Federal and State Affairs Committee in support of legislation to ban foreign funding in state ballot issue campaigns. This ban would keep the influence of foreign nationals, who are already banned from giving money to candidates and PACs, out of Kansas elections once and for all. We urge the Senate to move to pass this bill swiftly to further secure election integrity in the state of Kansas.”
